Karl Waldemar Ziegler (November 26, 1898 – August 11 1973) was a German chemist who won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1963, with Giulio Natta, for work on high polymers.
Ziegler was born in Helsa near Kassel, Germany and educated at the University of Marburg.
Ziegler died in Mülheim, Germany.
