Julia Rose is an actress (born 13 April, 1973 in Lusaka, Zambia). She guest starred in many American TV-shows such as _Enterprise and NY. She studied Diplomatic History at the University of Pennsylvania. Her father is a Norwegian UN diplomat, while her mother is a Turkish actress. She is the first Zambian-born actress to be starred in an American-produced film.
