Synopsis
Captain Archer is tried at a Klingon tribunal for attacking a Klingon ship and inciting a rebellion.
Plot
Captain Archer is tried at a Klingon tribunal for attacking a Klingon ship and inciting a rebellion.
Archer's advocate puts up no defense after the former captain of the Klingon ship lies. Back in Archer's cell before the verdict is given, Archer gives his advocate a pep talk and gets him to put up a fight.
In the end, Archer is found guilty but the death penalty is commuted. Instead, he must serve in the dilithium mines for life.
Malcolm Reed shows up at the mines to rescue him.
