Co-coach, with Alex Wyllie, of New Zealand for the 1991 World Cup.

Worked for Fletcher Challenge

Hart, who was a co-coach of the All Blacks in 1991, took over from Laurie Mains in December 1995 and was in charge for 42 matches, winning 32 with nine losses and a draw.

He was succeeded as All Blacks coach by Wayne Smith and Tony Gilbert as co-coaches.
