John Donoghue is a neurobiologist at Brown University and co-founder of Cyberkinetics, a company most notable for developing and marketing brain-computer interfaces. Their main product, a device called BrainGate, can be implanted into the brain in order to control anything from artificial limb movement to changing the channels on the television.
