Actor Jim Breuer (born June 21, 1967 in Valley Stream, New York) is an American comedian best known as a cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 1998. He has also had major roles in films such as Half Baked (1998) and the short film American Dummy (2002). In 2002 he had a small role in MTV Icon: Metallica.

More recently Breuer can be heard regularly on Sirius Satellite Radio "Raw Dog Comedy" channel in his own show. He credits XM radio host Ron Bennington, of The Ron and Fez Show, for helping get his career started.

He is number 91 on Comedy Central's list of the 100 greatest standups of all time.
