Jesus People USA is a Christian intentional community in Uptown, on the North Side of Chicago, Illinois. It was founded in 1973 and came out of the Jesus Movement and is one of the few remaining communes from that movement - The community organizes the annual Cornerstone Festival and their forum [http://www.cornerstonefestival.com/forum.

The Chicago Tribune has heavily criticized the organization, putting into question its "Iron Grip" hold on the community and the management of its financial affairs.
