Jesse Harris is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist.

Harris was born in New York City. His music can be described as jazz/folk, and his songs are often in the style of the early days of popular jazz. He has recorded with indie rock groups such as Neutral Milk Hotel and Bright Eyes, but is probably best known for his songwriting and guitar contribution on Norah Jones' albums Come Away with Me (for which he won a 2003 Grammy Award for the single "Don't Know Why") and Feels Like Home.

Harris is currently signed to the Verve Records music label.
