The William M. Jennings Trophy is an annual award given to the goaltender(s) having played a minimum of 25 games for the team in the National Hockey League with the fewest goals scored against it. Winners are selected based on regular-season play.

The trophy is named in honour of the late William M. Jennings, longtime governor and president of the New York Rangers and a builder of ice hockey in the United States. It was first presented following the 1981-82 NHL season. Previously, the Vezina Trophy had been awarded for goaltenders on the team with the fewest goals against; the Jennings Trophy came into being when the Vezina began being awarded to the NHL's best goaltender in a vote.

It has been won most often by Montreal Canadiens, on 5 occasions. The New Jersey Devils have won 3 times and shared another, and Buffalo Sabres and Chicago Blackhawks have 3 wins each.
