The British Crown Dependency of the Isle of Man has its own currency, the Isle of Man pound, which is linked to the pound sterling. As a consequence, the government of the Isle of Man mints its own coins.
The Isle of Man regularly changes the designs on its coins, sometimes as often as every year. One reason for this is to increase sales to collectors, which can be an important source of income in small countries. One set of designs is shown below, but there are many more.
