The Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) is a Christian, an independent, non-profit, coeducational ecumenical, graduate professional school of theology. It is an historically black university formed in 1958 to consolidate the resources and carry on the mission of its constituent seminaries--preparing men and women of faith for leadership in church and society.

ITC is home to six seminaries:

  1. Gammon Theological Seminary, United Methodist Church
  2. Morehouse School of Religion, Baptist
  3. Turner Theological Seminary, African Methodist Episcopal
  4. Phillips School of Theology, Christian Methodist Episcopal Church
  5. Johnson C. Smith Theological Seminary, Presbyterian Church (USA)
  6. Charles H. Mason Theological Seminary, Church of God in Christ
