The Institute of Directors (IoD) is a UK based organisation, incorporated by royal charter in 1903 to support, represent and set standards for company directors.

The IoD currently has around 55,000 members, and has premises open for the use of those members in London (3 locations), Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester, Nottingham, Paris, and Reading.
