Insight is a live, daily interview radio program produced by Sacramento, California public radio station KXJZ. It airs Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on KXJZ and four other radio stations also operated by Capital Public Radio, the parent company of KXJZ.

Insight is a general-interest program that focuses on issues and people of the areas served by Capital Public Radio. Those areas include the Sacramento area, Stockton, Modesto, Lake Tahoe, Yuba City, Marysville and Reno, Nevada. The program debuted July 19, 2004.

The host of Insight is Jeffrey Callison; the senior producer is Benjamin Jonas-Keeling; the technical director is Mark Jones; the music editor is Paul Conley; the executive producer is Carl Watanabe.
