Hugh Matheson Morgan, Australian businessman, was the CEO of Western Mining Corporation from 1990 to 2003, and the President of the Business Council of Australia from 2003 to 2005. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Reserve Bank of Australia since 1996.

Morgan is a politically vocal member of the Liberal party. He is sceptical of global warming, and is opposed to the Kyoto Protocol *
