In human genetics, Haplogroup B (M60) is a Y-chromosome haplogroup.

Haplogroup B is localized to sub-Saharan Africa. It is one of the oldest and most diverse of the human Y-chromosome haplogroups.

It is common among the Baka and Mbuti people (formerly referred to as Pygmies).
