Hanes and Hanes Her Way are brands of underwear currently owned by the Sara Lee Corporation. In May, 2006, Sara Lee announced plans to spin off Hanes and their other clothing brands into a separate company to be called Hanes Brands Inc. Hanes Brands Inc. will be officially branched off in Fall of 2006.

During the 1990's, the brand's main slogan was "Just wait'll we get our Hanes on you."

In the 2000's, an ad campaign began for their revolutionary Hanes "Go Tagless" T-shirt, featuring various celebrities including Michael Jordan, Jackie Chan, Brian Regan and BIG Ben Kennedy.

In 2005, an ad campaign was run with the slogan "Look who we've got our Hanes on now," featuring various celebrities including Michael Jordan, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Marisa Tomei, Damon Wayans, Matthew Perry, Kevin Bacon, and on Spanish-language advertising, Aracely Arambula, and Pablo Montero.
