The Haileybury Hockey Club are a defunct ice hockey club which played in Haileybury, Ontario only during the 1909-10 NHA season before they were taken over and moved to Montreal, Quebec by the Club Antique-Canadien, to became the Montreal Canadiens.

Their record for that season was 4 wins and 8 losses (for a .333 winning percentage). They scored 77 goals for and 83 goals against.
