HLA-DR antigens are a group of antigens in the Class II/HLA-D family which can be used as indicators of several different diseases (per MeSH):
- HLA-DR1 Antigen - unknown
- HLA-DR2 Antigen - Goodpasture syndrome, multiple sclerosis, and narcolepsy
- HLA-DR3 Antigen - celiac disease, Grave's disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, early-age onset myasthenia gravis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile diabetes, and opportunistic infections in AIDS
- HLA-DR4 Antigen - rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile diabetes
- HLA-DR5 Antigen - Kaposi sarcoma in AIDS & juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
- HLA-DR6 Antigen - unknown
- HLA-DR7 Antigen - celiac disease and psoriasis vulgaris
