Guy Sternberg (born 1948) is the owner and operator of Starhill Forest Arboretum in Petersburg, Illinois.

He is an arborist and author of Native Trees for North American Landscapes (2004) ISBN 0881926078 and The Northeast, Midwest, Midsouth & Southeast Edition (1996) ISBN 1881527662.

He is an expert of oaks and is a founding member of the International Oak Society.
