Georgia is a single by Atlanta based rapper Ludacris and southern hip hop duo Field Mob. It is featured on Disturbing tha Peace, an album released off of Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace record label, showcasing its current roster.
The song features production from DJ Green Lantern who collaborated with Ludacris on "Number One Spot". In the original radio version of the song, mentionings of Georgia came from samples of Ray Charles' Georgia On My Mind. In later versions used on the album and video, Jamie Foxx re-sung Charles' parts due to clearance issues. Despite being featured in the chorus, Foxx didn't appear in the music video for the song.
It reached #39 on US Hot 100 and #31 on the US R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
