Charles Frederic "Freddy" Ingalls (November 1, 1875August 27, 1876) was born in Walnut Grove, Minnesota as the fourth child and the only son of Charles and Caroline Ingalls. He was the younger brother of Laura Ingalls Wilder known for her Little House on the Prairie books, but was never mentioned in them. Laura spoke little of Freddy's limited time with the family, mentioning only that he was "sick" from time to time, and in the end was taken with convulsions and died in Burr Oak, Iowa at the age of almost ten months.

He was portrayed in "The Lord is my Shepherd" two-part episode of the Little House television series but the name of the baby who played him remains unknown.
