Foxdale is a small mining village located on the Isle of Man. It is part of parish of Patrick which has a population of 1,305 (according to the 2001 Census).

  • Foxdale is served by Patrick Parish Commissioners.

School


Foxdale has its own Primary School, located in Higher Foxdale. Foxdale Primary School is currently in its second home, having moved to a new building on 10 September, 1991.

The current Head Teacher is Mr Stuart Lambie, M.B.E.

Public House


The village's only public house is 'The Baltic', located in Higher Foxdale. The pub was previously named 'The Foxdale Hotel'.

Football Club


The village has had a football team since the early 1990s. Foxdale F.C. are based at Billy Goats Park.
