Flextech is a British television company and is entirely owned by the British cable company Telewest and acts as its television programme production arm. Flextech owns a number of British channels, available on Digital Terrestrial (Freeview), Satellite (Sky Digital) and Cable platforms.

It also owns half (along with the BBC) of UKTV with a further eleven channels and parent company NTL also owns Sit-Up TV who operate the Screenshop, bid tv, price-drop tv and speed auction tv channels.
