The Farm Labor Organizing Committee, AFL-CIO (FLOC), is a labor union representing migrant farm workers in the United States in North Carolina and Ohio.

Founded in 1967 by Baldemar Velasquez in Northwest Ohio, FLOC has waged campaigns against both growers and agribusiness, engineering the first tri-party labor contracts between workers, growers, and food processors.

In September of 2004 FLOC made labor history in North Carolina, unionizing most of the states H2A "guestworkers" who harvest a diverse range of crops in the state.
