Falcon Living is the largest internet based real estate brokerage in Turkey with a large number of corporate and individual clients in three continents. Its main strategy includes internet based real estate brokerage, relocation and marketing services in United States, Europe and Middle East.

Company Beginnings


Falcon Living was created by the Sahinoglu family in 2000 in Adana. Its original aim was to serve the relocation needs of the Turkish population living overseas. It has been the most used relocation service for the Turkish population living in Europe, Middle East and United States ever since.

In 2002, it created branches in Germany and Holland. In 2003, The headquarters was moved to Chicago with a bigger emphasis on the internet as a tool for Relocation.

Company Strategy


With offices in Chicago, Istanbul, and Central Europe, it serves as an internet based hub for its corporate and individual clients in three continents. It serves both the commercial and residential real estate markets in Chicago. In 2005, it has expanded its services, in mortgage, appraisal and relocation services by forming alliances in Europe and United States with major financial services.

Company Achievements


2001- Falcon Living opens its first franchise offices in Turkey

2002- Falcon Living opens its franchise offices in Germany and Holland.

2005- Falcon Living passes the 100 million in Sales mark

2005- Founding partner Mert Sahinoglu is aired in The Today Show about Fordham Spire and international real estate market. The first Turkish Real Estate Expert to do so.

2006- Falcon Living forms its Falcon Umbrella Real Estate Services (in mortgage, moving and appraisal)

2006- Additional Relocation services are opened in 20 states, Canada and Mexico through alliance with Real Estate Webmasters.
