Ernst Vettori (born June 25, 1964 in Absam, Tyrol) is a former Austrian ski jumper. He won the Four Hills Tournament twice (1985/86 and 1986/87). At the 1992 Winter Olympics, he won gold from the normal hill, and silver in the team competition.

Vettori won four medals at the Nordic skiing World Championships with a Gold in the Team Large Hill Competition in 1989, a Silver in the Team Large Hill Competition in 1985, and Bronzes in the Individual Large Hill and Team Large Hill Competitions (Both 1987). He also won the ski jumping compeition at the Holmenkollen ski festival twice (1986, 1991).

Vettori won the Holmenkollen medal in 1991 (Shared with Vergard Ulvang, Trond Einar Elden, and Jens Weissflog.).

He is now marketing director for the Austrian Ski Association.
