Elisheva or Elisheba (אֱלִישֶׁבַע in Hebrew) was the wife of Aaron, the forefather of The Kohanim, the Jewish priests, in The Bible. She is buried in the Tomb of the Matriarchs in Tiberias.

In Hebrew, Eli means "my God." Sheva can mean either "oath" or "sustenance." ("Sheva" also means seven in Hebrew). The name Elisheva means either "My God is my oath" (I swear by my God) or "My God is my sustenance."

The name Elisabeth (or Elizabeth) and its Arabic equivalent Al-Isabeth are derived from Elisheva.
