Elevation Partners is a private equity firm which invests in intellectual property and media and entertainment companies. Notable members include former Electronic Arts president John Riccitiello and U2 lead singer Bono. On November 3, 2005 they spent $300,000,000 on creating an alliance between videogames developers BioWare and Pandemic Studios, making them one of the biggest independent developers in the world. They have also invested $100,000,000 in Homestore, who operate real estate information services.

Earlier in 2005 (as their first major venture), they attempted to purchase Eidos Interactive. However their bid failed and the video games giant was sold to rival SCi Entertainment.
