• Elatus, a Lapith chieftan, was the father of:
  • Ischys who was beloved by Coronis. He may have been the son of a different Elatus.
  • Caeneus
  • Polyphemus
  • Ampycus.

• Elatus was one of the suitors of Penelope. He was killed by Eumaeus, the swineherd.
