Elaine Gottschall born 18 August1921, died 5 September2005 BA, M.Sc. wrote "Breaking the Vicious Cycle: Intestinal Health Through Diet" to help those with intestinal bowel disorders try a new approach to treating their problems. There are many testimonials of people who were about to have their colon removed, but through diet managed to treat their symptoms to the point that they were able to function normally.
