Ekaterina Karsten (Belarusian: Кацярына Карстэн, Kaciaryna Karsten; Russian: Екатерина Карстен; born June 2, 1972) is a famous rower from Minsk, Belarus, an Olympic champion and world champion in double and single sculls.

She is a two-times Olympic champion, having won gold in single sculls in 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. In 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens she won a silver medal.

Her maiden name is Khodotovitch (Ходотович), and she is also sometimes referred to as Ekaterina Karsten-Khodotovitch. Currently she lives and trains in Germany with her German husband in Potsdam.
