Edson Queiroz (– 1991) was a Brazilian psychic surgeon who operated through the 1970s and the 1980s. Queiroz claimed to operate as a channel for the spirit of a Dr. Fritz.

Queiroz's formal pharmaceutical and medical training allowed him to prescribe remedies and perform surgeries without the legal problems which befell other Brazilian psychic surgeons — such as José (Zé) Arigó, who was the first alleged channel of Dr. Fritz's spirit.

Queiroz was stabbed to death in 1991.
