The East Asian Cup is a football competition for East Asian countries and territories. The first was held in December 2003 in Japan, with qualifiers held in February and March 2003 in Hong Kong. South Korea was the winner.
China, PR, Korea Rep, Japan are direct finalists. The fourth place is competed among Chinese Taipei, Guam, Hong Kong, Macao and Mongolia. Hong Kong was the winner in the qualifiers.
