Ealhmund, was King of Kent in 784.
There is little historical evidence for his reign. An abstract of charter dated 784 survives in which Ealhmund granted land to the Abbot of Reculver. But by the following year Osfrith of Mercia seems to have been ruling directly, as he issued a charter [http://www.anglo-saxons.net/hwaet/?do=seek&query=S+123 without any mention of a local king.
According to the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle, Ealhmund was the father of Ecgberht III, later King of Wessex and Kent.
