ESTP (Extroverted Sensing Thinking Perceiving) is one of the sixteen personality types from personality type systems based on C.G. Jung, of which the best-known are the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Keirsey Temperament Sorter and Socionics.

Referring to Keirsey, ESTPs belong to the Artisan temperament and are called "Promoters".

In Socionics ESTps belong to the club of the pragmatists, the beta Quadra and are named "Legionnaire" or Zhukov. Another notation for ESTp is SLE (which is an acronym for Sensory-Logical Extratim, referring to the cognitive functions).
