The E band is the range of radio frequencies from 2 GHz to 3 GHz in the electromagnetic spectrum. This is equal to wave lengths between 15 cm and 10 cm. The E band is in the upper UHF range of the radio spectrum.

The NATO E band lies in the S band (2—4 GHz) of the older IEEE classification system.
