Driver is a privately owned bus and coach operator in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As a Melbourne bus company, it operates a number of bus routes under contract from the Victorian State Government.

History


Driver was founded in 1931 by Eric and Reg Driver.

The Driver Group, at the time operating under the "Waverley Transit" brand, was involved in the lawsuits surrounding the introduction of Quince's to the Melbourne transit market in the late 1980s.
