Donna D'Errico (born March 30, 1968) is an American actress and model. She was chosen Playboy Playmate of the Month for September 1995.

Born in Dothan, Alabama, Donna's greatest fame is derived from her role on the television series Baywatch. She was also a host of the show Battlebots and starred in Day of the Dead.

Donna D'Errico is married to Nikki Sixx, the American bassist from the rock band Mötley Crüe. Together they have one daughter, Frankie-Jean Sixx, although collectively they have raised their five children together. On April 27, 2006, Donna filed for divorce. Previously the couple had separated then reconciled.

For a time, she ran Zen Spa, a day spa in Calabasas, California.

The song "Rocketship" on Mötley Crüe's seventh album Generation Swine is dedicated to Donna D'Errico. Performed by Nikki Sixx, he reportedly wrote the song about the first time he ever told Donna that he loved her.
