Demonax (born in Cyprus) was a Greek philosopher of the 2nd century CE. He tried to revive the philosophy of the Cynic school. He is the eponym of a moon crater.

Demonax is also a genus of longicorn beetles (Cerambycidae), characterised in part by possessing several spines on their antennae.
