Damon Searle (born October 26, 1971) is a Welsh footballer. He currently plays for Newport County, having also played at Forest Green Rovers, Cardiff City, Stockport County, Carlisle United, Rochdale, Southend United, Chesterfield, and Hornchurch.

He is a left-sided defender and midfielder who signed for Newport County on May 21, 2006 for an undisclosed fee. He weighs 11st 7lbs and is 5' 10" tall.
