Cynthia Plaster Caster, nee Cynthia Albritton, is an artist and self-described "recovering groupie" who creates plaster casts of famous persons' penises and breasts. She began her career in 1968 by casting penises of rock musicians. She later expanded her subjects to include filmmakers and other types of artists. She began casting female artists' breasts in 2000.

She has cast many well-known musicians' penises, including those of Jimi Hendrix, Iggy Pop, Brian St Clair of Local H and Triple Fast Action fame and Jello Biafra of The Dead Kennedys.

A documentary, Plaster Caster has been filmed about her, and she has inspired at least one song: "Plaster Caster" by Kiss.
