Crossbeam Studios Entertainment (CSE) is a video game development company. They are currently developing games for Nintendo's Wii.

Biography

The Company was founded by Greg Szemiot and friends in 1999. Their first game idea was Orb, which they started developing in 2001. It was originally planned for the PC, but CSE designers felt the controller for Wii would work great for this game. CSE currently has 24 people working on Orb and have met with publishers at E3 2006, including Nintendo. CSE has stated plans to show screens from a PC build at E3 2006, have trailers available around November 2006, and a playable Wii build at E3 2007. They also have two side projects, Thorn, Greg Szemiot's mysterious futuristic action-adventure game, and Darkness Greg Nichols's dark sinister horror/adventure project involving the occult. They are quite ambitious for an indie company, and are hoping for a Wii development kit.
