Courtland S. Winn (18641940) was an American polititian.

He was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia of pioneer father Judge Samuel J. Winn (d. 1919) who served in the 13th regiment of Georgia Cavalry during the American Civil War.

At the age of 21 in 1884, he was elected mayor of Lawrenceville and served two terms after which he moved his family to Atlanta in 1888.

Winn served one term as mayor of Atlanta and was a leading lawyer in that city for over fifty years.
