Staffed entirely by volunteers, Clancore Design Group was formed in 2003 from the merger of Acidia Studios, Asgardian Productions and AR Webmasters. The team's first project is a combined arms mecha-based game called Starsiege:2845; a long awaited sequel to the original Starsiege from Dynamix.

As huge fans of the Earthsiege/Starsiege/Cyberstorm/Tribes timeline, Clancore Design Group came together to petition Vivendi Universal for permission to use the Intellectual Property for the Starsiege Universe. With this allowance, Clancore set out to independently develop a follow-up to the game they loved so much.

Starsiege:2845 is based on the period of time following the events chronicled in Sierra's Starsiege (Published 1999). Starsiege:2845 takes place 15 years after the fall of the Cybrids and their retreat to the deep regions of space.

The game will include a singleplayer campaign, following the missions of three battle-hardened soldiers, one of which will have to make a terrifying choice that could effect all of mankind. Starsiege:2845 will also include multiplayer support, detailed and exciting maps, WAR and CTF gameplay and resources for players to create their own environments.
