Christopher T. Carley is the chairman of the Fordham Company, the Chicago development firm best known for the proposed Fordham Spire project, a 2,000 foot condominium and hotel tower designed by Santiago Calatrava. Fordham's previous high-rise projects included the Fordham Tower, 65 E. Goethe St, and the Pinnacle, all located in Chicago.
