Christine Elise McCarthy (born 12 February 1965 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an actress.

Elise graduated from Boston Latin High School in 1983. Was involved with actor Jason Priestley from 1992 to 1997. She starred as Kyle in the 1990 film Child's Play 2. She also had recurring roles on the TV shows Beverly Hills 90210 and ER. She is a member of the board of trustees for Thursday's Child, an organization dedicated to helping children.

Elise had a recurring role as Carroll O'Connor's daughter in the In the Heat of the Night series.
