The Chorister School is a pre-preparatory and preparatory day and boarding school for ages 4-13 in Durham, England. It is located adjacent to Durham Cathedral and its creation dates back to c. 1400, as a school for the cathedral's choirboys. In 2003 it had some 202 pupils. Historically it had fewer pupils, from 5 to 24, ages 8 to 20. Expansion began in 1948.
