The Children's Miracle Network (CMN) is an international non-profit organization that raises funds for Children's hospitals, medical research and community awareness of children's health issues. The organization, founded in 1983 by Marie Osmond and John Schneider, is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. To date, the Children's Miracle Network claims to have raised over US$2.2 Billion dollars which is distributed directly to a network of 170 hospitals.

Children's Miracle Network raises more than $250 million each year. The funds are raised by corporate partners throughout the United States and Canada. There are 170 children's hospitals affiliated with Children's Miracle Network in the United States and Canada. The funds raised by Children's Miracle Network flow through directly to participating hospitals. Children's Miracle Network's primary fund raising efforts are corporate fund raising campaigns with more than 75 corporate partners.
