The Chant of the Sybil (Cant de la Sibil.la in catalan) is a Gregorian Chant known in most of the Western Mediterranean since the early Middle Age. Nowadays, Cant de la Sibil.la is only sung on Christmas Eve in the churches of the Balearic Islands and the Sardinian town of Alghero (Catalan: L'Alguer).
