Cetaphil is a popular type of facial wash (cleanser and moisturizer). The company Galderma Laboratories makes the product, and it is commonly sold at many grocery stores as well as drugstores throughout the United States and Canada. Cetaphil is relatively inexpensive and is commonly recommended by dermatologists for people with sensitive, dry and/or acne-prone skin as an alternative to harsher types of soap. Cetaphil is also availible in some European countries in pharmacies.

Cetaphil is an old product and is therefore no longer protected by patents, resulting in many generic versions of the product being sold alongside it in stores.

The products available in this brand are:

  • Cetaphil® Gentle Skin Cleanser
  • Cetaphil® Daily Facial Cleanser For Normal to Oily Skin
  • Cetaphil® Therapeutic Hand Cream
  • Cetaphil® Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 with Parsol® 1789
  • Cetaphil® Moisturizing Lotion
